If one were to tell you Saturn emitted radio waves, would your first reaction be “I knew there was something happening to earth’s electromagnetic field and the aura surrounding it?” Or would it be “Really. I had no idea Saturn had its own stations. What genre of music?”
I’m tired of holistic mystic lipstick coming off of people’s lips. Not that I don’t have a belief in any of it, but a total belief in anything is unhealthy. As soon as anyone says “I’m in 110 percent,” I’m out. No one should be in 110 percent. I could care less if it is radical conservatism, radical Islam or aqua therapy, total immersion is not good for the soul.
A chocoholic can have the same psychological transgressions of an alcoholic, although it’s highly unlikely you’ll die from a chocoholic’s poor judgment getting behind the wheel. If you’re between a chocoholic and a triple layer chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream frosting and chocolate chocolate chip ice cream? Yes, harm may happen to you. Still, unlikely it will be death, unless there are at least a couple dozen chocoholics vying for the same dessert.
We’re all dying of something sometime. I prefer to not be offed by something radical anything. However, trampling by chocoholics certainly would be original. As long as I get a taste of the frosting, I’m good.
